적용 대상
이 이용허락은 Keke Font 1.200 및 이 이용허락을 명시하여
제공하는 이후 NC 파일에 적용됩니다. 이전 Keke Studio Round 1.001
통합판에 적용되었던 SIL Open Font License의 권리를 변경하지 않습니다.

1. 허용하는 사용
개인 학습, 개인 창작, 비영리 목적의 작업 등 비상업적 목적으로만
무료로 설치·사용·복사·수정할 수 있습니다. 비상업적 웹사이트·앱·문서에
폰트를 포함할 수 있습니다. 폰트로 만든 결과물에 출처를 표시할 의무는 없습니다.

2. 금지하는 상업적 사용
영리 또는 상업적 이익을 위한 사용은 허용하지 않습니다. 유료 제품·서비스,
광고나 구독으로 수익을 얻는 콘텐츠, 기업·상품·서비스의 홍보,
대가를 받는 고객 작업, 상품 제작·판매 등에 사용할 수 없습니다.
비영리 단체가 사용하는 경우라도 작업의 목적이 상업적이면 허용되지 않습니다.
상업적 사용에는 권리자의 별도 서면 허락이 필요합니다.

3. 재배포
비상업적 목적으로 무료 재배포할 때에는 이 이용허락과 저작권 고지를
함께 유지해야 합니다. 수정본에는 수정 사실을 표시하고 동일한 비상업용
조건을 적용해야 합니다. 폰트 파일을 판매하거나 상업적 묶음 상품에
포함하여 배포할 수 없습니다.

4. 권리와 보증
TENMILES(케케스튜디오)가 새로 창작한 부분과 편집본에 이 조건을 적용합니다.
자유 이용을 허용받은 원본 데이터에 대한 권리를 새로 주장하거나 제한하지 않습니다.
일본어 한자 원본과 이용 조건은 THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 이 이용허락은 상표·로고에
관한 권리를 별도로 부여하지 않습니다. 폰트는 현 상태로 제공하며 특정 목적에
대한 적합성이나 모든 환경에서의 동작을 보증하지 않습니다.
허용 범위 밖의 사용은 이 이용허락으로 승인되지 않습니다.

ENGLISH TERMS
This license applies only to Keke Font version 1.200 and later NC
files expressly supplied with it. It does not alter rights granted for earlier
Keke Studio Round 1.001 files under the SIL Open Font License.

Permission is granted, free of charge, to install, use, copy, modify and embed
the Font Software solely for non-commercial purposes, including personal study,
personal creative work and non-commercial projects. Attribution on works made
using the font is not required.

Commercial use requires separate written permission from the copyright holder.
Commercial use includes use in paid products or services, advertising- or
subscription-supported content, business/product/service promotion, paid client
work and merchandise made for sale. A non-profit organization's commercial
project is not permitted merely because the organization is non-profit.

Free, non-commercial redistribution is permitted only with this license and
the copyright notice preserved. Modifications must be identified and distributed
under the same non-commercial terms. Selling the Font Software or distributing
it in a commercial product bundle is not permitted.

These conditions apply to original contributions and the compilation by TENMILES
(Keke Studio). No new exclusive rights or restrictions are asserted over
freely licensed source data. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt for Japanese kanji sources. No trademark or logo rights are
granted. THE FONT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OPERATION IN EVERY
ENVIRONMENT. Uses outside the permission above are not authorized by this license.
